Sierra Traditional Jazz Club,(STJC), formed by jazz enthusiasts
30 + years ago claims two greats.
Jazzaffair, an annual festival in April of Live
music,
features eight bands and three venues. Special guest musicians/bands
highlight the monthly concerts held by STJC. Jazzaffair is
coming again in April, see more information below.

host band, the High Sierra Jazz Band. (voted most famous behind
Turk Murphy and ahead of Duke Ellington by today’s jazz enthusiasts.)
Focus
of the Sierra Traditional Jazz Club is to promote jazz by
providing live concerts and youth scholarships to encourage
young musicians.
The
little berg of Three Rivers, Gateway to Sequoia National Park,
has launched the High Sierra Jazz Band into world famous popularity.

The
Lion's Club of Three Rivers provides space for dry RV camping,
For All Event Badge Holders, with
no hookups, but with a pump truck available. The camping fee
for the duration of the event is $40.00. Food and drinks are
available at all sites and a free shuttle carries jazz fans
between sites.
Come and enjoy some of the finest traditional jazz music during
springtime in the foothills of the Sierra. Three Rivers, California.
